The RCJY Roadshow Series is a free to attend seminar that takes place in several locations around the world, having previously run in London, Los Angeles, Paris, Dusseldorf, Lisbon, Dubai, Shanghai and Seoul.The aim of the roadshow is to introduce the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu to potential investors and highlight, in particular, the available opportunities to invest in the rubber industry in Yanbu Industrial City. KAPSARC’s Energy Dialogue 2016 brings together policymakers, researchers, practitioners and civil society − predominantly with an interest in the GCC, India and China − at KAPSARC’s Conference Center in Riyadh.

The two-day forum will focus on:

  • Transformation in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC as these economies address the twin challenges of changing demographics and the global transition to a more diverse, less energy dependent and carbon-intensive growth model
  • China and India’s challenges to build economies that benefit from affordable, sustainable energy and maximize the welfare that depends on reliable energy

EnviroSpill is a launch exhibition and conference hosted by the Regional Clean Sea Organiztion. RECSO was officially set up in 1972 by 13 founder members. The oil companies in the region at that time recognized a need for collective response to major oil pollution incidents and thus came together to achieve a common objective – protecting the Gulf’s resources from oil pollution.

Inauguration Ceremony of SAMREF Clean Fuels Project – BME Global Ltd was approached by SAMREF, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and ExxonMobil, to organise the inauguration ceremony for their Clean Fuels Project.

The ceremony was held in a purpose built marquee, measuring 3,000m2 within the SAMREF refinery in Yanbu. In attendance were many VIPs including, Musaid Al-Saleem, Governor of Yanbu, H.E. Dr. Alaa Nasif, CEO of the Royal Commission in Yanbu, Eng. Mohammad Al-Naghash, President & CEO of SAMREF, Mr Khalid Al-Falih, Saudi Aramco President & CEO and Mr Darren Woods, ExxonMobil Senior Vice President.

Our scope consisted of building the venue, staging, 3D mapping production, catering, invitations, video & photography, HSE, and overall design and management of venue and guests.
